Meet TERAVENIR, a Spanish agroecological advisory company established in 2023 in the La Rioja region that accompanies winegrowers, farmers, and corporate estates in their transition toward regenerative agriculture. Through technical audits, customized design, and training, TERAVENIR transforms traditional management models into sustainable frameworks that increase soil fertility, enhance native biodiversity, and secure long-term climate resilience.
TERAVENIR’s work directly drives the circular bioeconomy by optimizing the use of local biomass, promoting functional cover crops, and implementing holistic keyline designs that improve water harvesting. Their strategies drastically reduce reliance on chemical inputs, keeping natural resources cycling efficiently within regional agrarian ecosystems.
Within the FoodCoP Startup Village ecosystem, TERAVENIR builds essential bridges between ecological research and local field applications. By coordinating technical workshops and creating collaborative regional networks, the company fosters knowledge-driven rural spaces that revitalize both agricultural soils and the rural communities depending on them.
